ENTRY FEES: Entry fee for the two-day weekend is $550. Second entry same driver $330. Each SRF3 and FE2 entry will be charged an additional $30 and each SM an additional $20 compliance fee per Majors entry for the weekend. The appearance fee (previously known as a tow fund fee) is included in the entry fee. 

Supplemental regulations and schedule have been updated 04/08 to include Spec MX-5 Challenge Series (SMX) class in the Group 1: SM race group with a gapped start.

Schedule

New this year! All Drivers, guests and crew MUST arrive and register during the posted registration hours. The track will not be making any exceptions to this policy and you or your people will not be allow entry onto the property. Please make sure your people are aware of the posted hours and the urgency of the new policy.

Registration hours:
Friday - 5:30pm - 8:30pm
Saturday - 6:45am - 3:00pm
Sunday - 7:00am - 12:30pm

Worker Meetings:
Saturday 7:20am
Sunday 7:25am

COVID-19 Notice to Participants: Every attempt will be made to minimize the risks of exposure to
COVID- 19. New processes and procedures may be implemented for this event.
Ultimately, it is your responsibility to assess the risk to you, both on-track and off, and to make the
decision on whether or not to participate.
If you are feeling unwell or are experiencing symptoms such as fever, cough, or shortness of breath
please stay home. If you have been in contact with someone who has been experiencing these
symptoms in the last two weeks, please stay home.
While on site please take the health and safety of your fellow participants, volunteers and staff into
consideration and practice social distancing, wear a mask that covers your nose and mouth, and wash
your hands and/or use hand sanitizer frequently. In light of the current COVID-19 situation, the following
guidelines and procedural changes have been made to minimize the risks of exposure to the virus. These
will be in effect even if local ordinances are more relaxed:
• Face coverings (masks, gaiters, balaclava, helmet with visor down) are requested to be worn at any
time while outside of your personal paddock area.
• Face coverings must be worn at registration or while in any building, including but not limited to the
scale building, tech building, SOM room, medical, trophy room, timing and scoring, race control, and
restrooms.
• Drivers should have all documentation and gear in order, with logbook filled out, prior to coming to
coming to tech for tech sticker.
• If stopped at the Black Flag station, you must turn off your engine, and leave your balaclava covering
your nose and mouth, or your visor down on your helmet.
• Please limit crew members in impound.
• Parking/paddock staff may instruct you a particular direction that your tow vehicle and trailer must be
parked in your space to enhance distancing. If you are not parked in the correct space and/or the wrong
direction, you will need to correct your parking. This must be followed and is not subject to protest.
Failure to comply with the COVID-19 regulations may result in removal from the event without a refund,
even if the competition vehicle has not turned a wheel on the racetrack. This is not subject to protest.
If you are diagnosed with COVID-19 within two (2) weeks of attending an SCCA event, we ask that you
notify the event Registrar immediately.

Information on annual Tech: Updated 04/01/21

Due to Illinois state guidelines, NO pre-admittance to the facility is allowed. Admittance to the track on Friday prior to 6:00 PM is only allowed with a paid track test day registration. 

This event is governed by the 2021 General Competition Rules (GCR) and Category Specifications, as
amended for 2021 per “Fastrack”, except as modified by these Supplemental Regulations.

SCCA ANNUAL WAIVER: If you are an adult SCCA member and do not already have a current SCCA Annual Waiver on file with SCCA, we would greatly appreciate if in advance of the event, you could complete and return the SCCA Annual Waiver found at SCCA adult waiver . It is titled “SCCA Adult Annual Waiver” and is found under the Insurance Forms. As stated on the SCCA website, these must be printed in color. The form may be witnessed by a notary or by an SCCA Official (for example, any of our Registars, Board of Directors member, etc).
Hint: Near the upper left-hand corner, there is a space for the year.  Please enter “21” in this spot.

You may complete the annual waiver in advance of the event, scan it in color, and upload the COLOR annual waiver document. From your SCCA Members – Member Account Portal, Login to your account, and scroll down to My Documents. Select Add Document and upload your color annual waiver, hit the Save button near the bottom of the pop-up window. SCCA appreciates a photo on file,  which can be done by editing your photo area on your profile. There is an Edit button in the upper right corner of that area. The waiver must be received in color.

Anyone without an SCCA Annual Waiver on file with SCCA will need to sign an Event Waiver.

At-event Registration will be held in the Registration building located to the right of the main entrance to
the raceway. Do not mail entries by any method that requires a signature upon delivery.
