Back by popular demand, we’re shifting this year’s Wine Country Tour south from the hilly Chehalem region to the gorgeous rolling countryside in the Dundee / Amity / McMinnville triad. The longest route on a Wine Country Tour to date, we'll traverse through picturesque farmland and rolling hills promises smooth asphalt, fast sweepers, and long, open straights. Added to this mix are the odd and strangely satisfying right and left doglegs that avoided farmers’ barns, ponds, and cows in days gone by. Two amazing wine stops will be followed by a fantastic picnic on the grounds at one of the region’s foremost wineries. The stunning scenery provides a perfect backdrop for the now-traditional epic photo shoot, complete with staging by numerous “directors”. Chaos becomes art, and memories are made of sipping fine wines with friends and piloting fine automobiles on gorgeous roads. Cost is $18 per person and includes the picnic and soft drinks. Wine tasting at all venues is optional and pay-as-you-go. Two people may share tastings.
