Tri-State Sports Car Council and Chicago Region of the Sports Car Club of America proudly present our first ever Autocross Course Design Workshop. We will cover the SCCA rules for course design and safety. Basic & intermediate course design theory and execution of the Event Chairman (Course design and set up) position will also be covered. Following the presentation we will open up the floor for a town hall Q&A. This will take place the night before the first Tri-State Autocross event of 2019 and at the conclusion of that event, we will set up a brand new course from scratch as a group to race on the following day, Sunday.
The workshop will be held in the facilities at Route 66 located to the left of the guard stand you pass when you enter gate 12 off Scweitzer Road.
Class will start at 7pm - the building will be open starting around 6:30pm.
