About this event
CASC-OR, along with the St. Lawrence Automobile Club and Shannonville Motorsports Park, are once again pleased to host the annual pre-season "Spring Fling" event at the Shannonville Motorsport Park on May 6 and 7, 2016.
This is an opportunity for all regional competitors to "test & tune" their cars before the first championship events of the season. Scrutineers will be on site to provide annual techs both days. Grids will be based on car styles and safety equipment: Open wheel, closed wheel, vintage historic, and classic.
Please join us for this pre-season warm-up to the 2016 motorsports season.
Event requirements
Spring Fling is open to the general public. You do not have to be a member of a CASC-OR affiliated club (although we're hoping you'll join one and get move involved!)
There is no competition license requirement for Spring Fling. This is a lapping event, not a competition.
Cars will be grouped by style and safety equipment: open wheel, closed wheel, vintage-historic, street (non caged) based on registrations.
