Welcome to the Porsche Salt Lake City Ogden Botanical Garden tour registration site.
SPECIAL NOTE: Please repeat this simple registration process for each person that will be in your car. Doing this will allow us to send the waiver form to every participant individually, even if you use the same mobile device to store all of the waiver approvals. You do not have to open a new Motorsportreg account to do this. Simply go up into the top right corner of this page and click on the racing helmet next to the question mark. Then click on "my account", and then click on the "add person" button. Do this for each person that will be in your car. This will allow you to then use the registration link for each person traveling with you, and to then receive one set of waivers sent to a mobile phone for each person as well. It will also streamline the check in process for all of us.
Come join us for our Porsche Salt Lake City Botanical Gardens tour, June 26th! We'll meet at the Layton Hill Mall, in the parking lot just North-West of the Sizzler restaurant on Hill Field Road. We will drive directly to the Botanical gardens where we'll take 30 min for photo ops. From there we'll drive up Ogden Canyon, over the dam at Pineview lake to Liberty, and then up Ogden Canyon to the Ogden Canyon Trailhead which is the official endpoint. This tour should take about 2hrs 30 minutes total time
An unofficial (not covered by insurance) option after the tour is to continue to North Ogden at Kirt's Drive-In at 1974 N 400th E, for one last photo op and those who wish may stay for lunch.
WHEN: Assemble at 9:00 am. Hit the road following a driver's meeting and signing in, at 9:30 am.
SAFETY: On arrival please park your cars with at least one space in between each car. At all times that you are out of your car, please maintain a minimum of 6 feet between yourself and others that you don't live with. Masks are highly recommended, or if local or state should mandate, required.
COMFORT: Bring an empty bladder and a full tank.
FORMS: The liability and communicable disease waivers that you normally sign as you arrive for the tour, are now fully electronic and are part of finishing up this registration process. After you complete this registration by clicking on "proceed to checkout ", the form will be texted to your phone for completion. Signed waivers will end up on your own mobile phone(s) as a text. We will ask you to display your signed waivers from your phone, to the tour leader as you arrive for the tour. It feels like a mystery the first time you do it. Once you are done, you'll say, WOW that was simple!
We are making every effort to go electronic with forms. HOWEVER, if you do not have a mobile phone we do have a way for you to bring paper waivers as an alternative. If that is your situation, FIRST please print ONE color (yes, color if at all possible) copy of the waiver and have each person in your car sign that ONE copy per the instructions. FINALLY- Bring these waivers with you. We will have a box for you to drop your signed waivers.
