About this event
Night Owl will be a straight-forward Time-Speed-Distance rally of approximately 200 miles. This event will use simple Tulip instructions accompanied by a description of what to do at the intersection. and wind its way over scenic New Hampshire back roads. Paved and unpaved roads are utilized. The rally is hosted by the New England Region of the Sports Car Club of America (NER/SCCA).
General: Night Owl will be run in compliance with the 2019 NER-SCCA Rally Regulations (as amended). These are available on www.ner.org. General Instructions will be posted on the NER website.

Saturday, March 7th, at Mr Pizza in Gorham, NH (If showing up the day of without registering, please bring exact cash amount.)
Novice School at 12:15 pm at Mr, Pizza
Start: Mr. Pizza 160 Main St Gorham NH 03581
First car off at 12:30 pm plus car number in minutes.
Mid Break – Lancaster NH, Fuel and McDonalds available
Finish: ~9pm Kingdom Taproom, 397 Railroad st, St Johnsbury VT 05819
Lodging: no lodging is pre-arranged.
This event is not a race and all speeds are within posted speed limits. This rally may not be suitable for all cars, especially lowered cars. Paved and unpaved roads are used; snow, mud, and frost heaves may further add to the challenge of the rally.
Checkpoint workers are always needed and welcome, get in touch if you want to have some excitement and work checkpoints. Run-work for checkpoints will be used as needed.

Event requirements
All vehicles must have an Auto Insurance Policy with Liability Limits of not less than $20,000/$40,000/$10,000 in force.

THIS EVENT WILL BE CONDUCTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE 2019 NER-SCCA RALLY REGULATION (as amended). THE ENTRANT WARRANTS THAT AN AUTO INSURANCE POLICY WITH LIABILITY LIMITS OF NOT LESS THAN $20,000/$40,000/$10,000 IS IN FORCE FOR EACH VEHICLE ENTERED. IN SIGNING THIS FORM, I AGREE TO ABIDE BY ALL THE REGULATIONS AND DECISIONS OF THE RALLY COMMITTEE. IF EITHER THE DRIVER OR NAVIGATOR IS UNDER 18, A MINOR RELEASE FORM MUST BE OBTAINED AND SIGNED BY BOTH PARENTS IN THE PRESENCE OF THE REGISTAR OR A NOTARY PUBLIC.
In order for any person under the age of 18 to participate, a Minor Waiver form, MS-2A, must be on file with the Region. If you have not filed one and intend on bringing a minor, this must be filled out prior to the event.
