Anyone arriving outside the Registration hours will need to pay a $10 non-refundable cash gate fee per person to gain entry to the track. Anyone requiring hot credentials will need to return during Registration hours
Minors attending the event:
Blackhawk Farms requires a completed minor waiver for all minors who attend. If this form needs to be completed in advance of attendance, a copy may be printed (must be in color) from

There is no restriction on who may witness (but must be over 18 years of age and not be the parent or guardian).

This event is governed by the 2019 General Competition Rules (GCR) and Category Specifications, as amended for 2019 per “Fastrack”, except as modified by these Supplemental Regulations.
PREFERRED NUMBERS: Every effort will be made to honor 2019 CenDiv reserved numbers through noon on July 13, 2019. Due to the make-up of run groups, however, this may not be possible in all situations.
If two drivers holding the same reserved number request that number for the same run group, the number will be assigned to the driver with the earliest request. At noon on June 13, 2019, all unused reserved numbers will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
