Welcome to one of the most exclusive and unique events in the history of BMW CCA Club Racing.

The annual Bimmerfest event is the largest gathering of BMWs on the planet.  Bimmerfest 2017 expects thousands of attendees and over 100 sponsors.

This will be the first time BMW CCA Club Racing has raced at a Bimmerfest event.  We did a small display race a couple years ago and it went great!

This will be a BMW CCA Club Racing North American Challenge event (highest points race of the year) with 3 races on the schedule.  A full set of stewards will be flying in for this.

SpeedVentures will be our host.  If you have friends who want to do the HPDE or Bimmer Challenge (think time-trial), they can sign up with SpeedVentures separately.

Remember registration is a 2-part process.  You have to sign up here for the BMW CCA part of things ...AND with SpeedVentures for the registration and payment part of things here...

Garages include adjacent rig parking.  Adjacent parking is assigned to those with garages. Currently we are looking at garages 61-78 in garage G1.  First come firs serve. If you do not get a garage, you will park on the other side of G1.  One car per spot (2 cars per door).  You are buying a one-car spot, not a 2-car bay.

Due to the high-profile nature of this event, a FULL set of BMW CCA Club Racing stickers will be required and a full Tire Rack windshield banner is required with no other sponsor/sticker/logo on the windshield banner.

If possible, we need trailers dropped off on Friday June 2.  We are looking at a 4PM to 7PM window.  Updates to follow (look for emails from Ralph Warren).

Note: When signing up, if someone took your number, just select another and put your car number in the comments.

Your entry includes 1 free ticket to the event for yourself and 1 ticket for a crew member. Currently I'm not sure if the ticket is for an individual or for a support car.  If it is for a support car then you can pig-pile as many people in the car as you want for no additional money.  Additional crew member cars, family and friends will need to pay the standard rate at the gate like everyone else which is $20 per car with as many people in it as you want.  No in-out privileges though.
