Location:  Camp Verde Equestrian Center :1495 E Hideout Arena Ln, Camp Verde, AZ 86322

Event Description: First practice and rallycross event for the SCCA Arizona Region as well as Camp Verde Equestrian Center

Entry Limit: This first event will be limited to a 30 car limit for each day. Entries over that limit will be put on a waitlist. We will clear the waitlist on the evening of Friday, October 21st and confirm wait-listed entries of their status.

Saturday Practice:

Pre-registering for Sunday's rallycross will include 2 free practice runs for Saturday. 

5 Runs: $50

10 Runs: $90

1 Additional run: $10

*If you will only be driving on Saturday you will still be required to hold an SCCA membership or purchase an SCCA weekend membership

SCCA weekend membership : $15  

Sunday Rallycross:

Pre-registration: $60 members   $75 non-members (includes weekend membership)

Week of event Pre-registration: $70 members   $85 non-members (includes weekend membership)

Onsite Registration: $80 members   $95 non-members (includes weekend membership)

Onsite registration or payment accepted. Prices will increase the week of the event as well as for day-of registration.

All persons driving in a car at this event must have an SCCA membership, either full or weekend. Ride-alongs are free but are required to sign a waiver as well.

Everyone (including spectators) is required to sign a waiver.

All entrants are required to work at the event.

Penalties: Penalties per the 2022 SCCA Rallycross rules.

Saturday Practice Schedule:

Saturday is a rallycross practice event. Come test out your car, the surface or yourself. Timing equipment will be up and working but times will not be compiled. It is your responsibility to get here early to get all of your runs in. 

Pre-registration includes 2 free practice laps!

Registration and Course Set Up/Tech Inspection: 7:00 am- 8:45 am

Driver's Meeting: 8:45 am - 9:00 am

1st Open Run Time : 9:00 am - 11:30 am

Break: 11:30 am - 12:30 pm 

2nd Open Run Time: 12:45 pm - 3:00 pm

Sunday Competition Schedule (Times are approximate):

This will be different than Saturday's practice course and will consist of 6 cumullative timed runs. 

Registration and Course Set Up/ Tech Inspection: 7:00 am - 8:45 am

Driver's Meeting: 8:45 am - 9:00 am

Morning Session: 9:15 am - 11:30 am

Break: 11:30 am - 12:30 pm

Afternoon Session: 12:45 pm - 3:00 pm

Course Cleanup: 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Venue Facilities: The venue will have a dedicated pit/camping area. They are requiring a $20 per vehicle charge for two day competitors (this includes trailers and vehicles on trailers) for parking as well as camping. There are bathroom and water facilities onsite. Participants/Spectators only driving for a single day on Saturday/Sunday will be required to pay $10 for the Pit area.

***Venue fees will be paid to the venue so please bring cash***

For this reason it is highly recommended to carpool to keep costs down for competitors and spectators. 

This is a very well cared for equestrian arena and we are pleased to be working with them to bring this event to the area. There are horses and other opperations present on the facility please be respectful and leave the site that way you found it. 

Event requirements

  • A Valid drivers license is required to race.
  • SCCA Membership is required.  You may purchase a yearly membership through the SCCA or click 'CONTINUE' to purchase a weekend membership for this event. Weekend memberships can be applied to a full membership after the event.
  • Helmets are required. If you don't have a helmet meeting one of the following standards, loaner helmets are available: Helmet Requirements
  • Loaner helmets may be available. But they are first come first served and therefore not guaranteed
  • You car must pass a basic safety/tech inspection. Make sure your battery is secured & positive terminal is covered, brake pedal is firm, throttle moves freely, wheels have minimal play, and car is empty of any loose objects, including the spare tire, subwoofers, amps, etc.
