NEW FOR 2024! Check the oil and dust off those cars...time to kick off the Summer with your fellow Porsche friends for an unforgettable 3-Night getaway to the lakeside Stonewall Resort in Weston, WV.
This adventure departs from Gainesville VA on Friday 7 June where we will navigate the rolling Shenandoah countryside before traversing some of the best roads through the Allegheny Mountains of WV. Along the way you'll be treated to a gourmet lunch at Yonder Restaurant, located in the historic Graceland Inn Mansion. After checking into the resort, guests will enjoy an Icebreaker Social event located on a picturesque lakeside terrace.
On Saturday we depart the resort for another scenic drive through the mountains of WV followed by a Guided VIP Tour of the Trans Allegheny Lunatic Asylum. History buffs and ghost seekers alike will be talking about this experience for years to come. That evening the group will enjoy fine dining at Lightburn's, a hilltop restaurant that overlooks the resort's Arnold Palmer Golf Course.
On Sunday (for those choosing to stay a third night), we will embark on a drive to the New River Gorge National Park for breathtaking views of the 900-foot-high New River Gorge Bridge. You will be treated to a scenic cruise down the Fayette Station Road, a mostly one-lane road that winds down from the Canyon Rim and passes directly under the Bridge.
ABOUT THE RESORT: While at Stonewall Resort, there will be plenty of down time for guests to relax and enjoy all the resort has to offer. Participants can explore the open waters, venture along 20+ miles of pristine hiking trails, hit the links at the Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course, get pampered at the spa, or lounge around the indoor/outdoor pool and poolside Bar.

(Stonewall Resort will be providing a designated parking area, along with two car washing stations...complete with buckets and hoses.)
REGISTRATION FEE: $250* per person which covers:
- Gourmet Lunch at Yonder - Graceland Inn
- Friday Night Icebreaker - *Cash Bar
- Breakfast Buffet on Saturday
- Admission to Trans-Allegheny Lunatic Asylum
- Saturday Night Dinner at Lightburn's
Payment will be collected from confirmed registrants 3 weeks prior to the event. *As event coordination is on-going, the registration fee is subject to a small change.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS - We have secured a special rate of $239 a night (+taxes and resort fees). ONCE CONFIRMED you will receive an email notification with a special link to book your hotel room. The resort will require a deposit equal to one (1) night's stay to hold each reservation.
Event requirements
APPLICATIONS/ACCEPTANCE
- Registrants will be limited to two persons per party so we can maximize the number of participants.
- Registrants will initially be listed as “New” or "Waitlisted" if the event is filled to capacity.
- Formal notification of acceptance into the event will be sent via email. You are responsible for updating your profile in motorsportreg.com (MSR) website to include your current contact information.
- If you haven’t received any notification, check the MSR website for your status.
- PCA Potomac Drive & Dine rules will be followed for the safety of all participants. (Discussed at the drivers’ briefing).
- IF YOU CANNOT PARTICIPATE, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CANCEL.
PAYMENT
- PCA Potomac accepts only credit cards for payment. You are responsible for maintaining VALID CREDIT CARD INFORMATION in your MSR profile.
- Payment will be requested from your designated credit card 3 weeks prior to the event.
- Billing problems result in notification by email with limited time to resolve due to the short billing cycles. If the issue is not resolved, you may be canceled from the event.
- Credit card and billing information uses secure connections and is protected by MotorSportReg.com. You are the only person who has access to your card number. We only see the last four digits for billing purposes.
Hotel Cancellation
- Please notify the Dine and Drive event POCs directly PRIOR to canceling your hotel reservation so the room can be transferred to someone on the wait-list.
- The hotel deposit is refundable if notice of cancellation is received at least thirty (30) days prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. There will be no refunds for late arrivals, early departures or downgrades.
Event Cancellation
- Cancellation must be made no later than two (2) weeks prior to the event, to get a full refund. If you cancel within two (2) weeks of the event, you will be issued a refund only if we can fill your spot from someone on the waitlist.
- If you must cancel, please cancel as soon as possible to allow others from the waitlist to attend.
