This next installment of our ever popular Wine-Pairing series promises to be fantastic -- don't miss it!
Here is the spectacular multi-course pairing that we will savor:
1) 2019 Popup Sparkling Wine (to welcome you Scores: 90 JS, 90 JD)
Charcuterie and Cheese selection
2) 2019 Sixto Chardonnay (Scores: 96 JS)
Phyllo Cup Filled with Sauteed Shrimp, Double Cream Brie and topped with Macadamia + Thai Basil Pesto and Fresh Strawberry.
3) 2016 Gramercy Cellars Syrah (one of Tom's favorite Washington wineries -- Scores: 93 WA, 93 V, 92 JD, 91 WE, 91 W&S)
Pork Scallopini on Country French Bread with Cranberry-Herb Compound Butter. Topped with Sage Reduction Drizzle and Baby Arugula.
4) 2019 L’Ecole Red Blend (a classic and historical winery -- Scores: 94 JD, 94 JS)
Roasted Harvest Squash Bisque topped with Thyme Duck Rillettes, Crema Drizzle, Fresh Chimichurri Drizzle, Crispy Hatch Chile Crumble and Fresh Pomegranate.
5) 2015 Andrew Will Red Blend (Scores: 95 WA)
Herbs de Provence + Aged Balsamic Glazed Lollipop Lamb Chop with Caramelized Eggplant Risotto and Wilted Greens in Sauce Tomat
6) 2018 Col Solare Cabernet Sauvignon (Scores: 96 JD, 94 V, 94 W&S)
Slow Roasted Beef in French Onion Au Jus Reduction Topped with Spinach Bechamel over Cream Cheese + Chive Mashed Red Skins and Brown Butter Roasted Baby Carrots in Harissa Crème Fraiche

As usual, Chef Erin and our very own wine expert, Anastasia, will offer some commentary and the food and wines.
The $125 per person price includes all food and drink, featuring 6 different wines, each paired with a perfectly-matched dish.
