Race 4 Charity & July 4th Celebration

Event Details: Join MSR Houston Charities for the annual Race 4 Charity on Saturday July 4, 2015 at MSR Houston. Find out more details below, or give us a call with any questions you may have: 281-369-0677.

Beneficiaries: We believe in good community partnerships and to that end, our charity races directly support the local community charities in Brazoria and Harris counties that don’t receive national funding. This event will be raising awareness and funds for The Center for Arts & Sciences and The Wheelhouse.

Cost: All entry fees are $150 plus a donation to The Wheelhouse (toiletries or men's clothing). You entry includes lunch. If you want to stay for the July 4th Celebration, the cost is $15, and includes dinner and fireworks! Additional spectator and July 4th Celebration tickets can be purchased during registration as well.

Race Groups: The event is open to drivers of street cars and racecars. Each group will have four 20-minute sessions on track.

• Novice DE:
  • Street-car lapping group designed for drivers with 0-3 track days experience
  • Limited to 30 drivers
• Intermediate DE
  • Street car lapping group designed for drivers with 4-8 track days experience
  • Limited to 30 drivers
• Advanced DE
  • Street car lapping group designed for drivers with 8+ track days experience
  • Limited to 30 drivers
• Challenge Races
  • Racecar group for purpose built Spec Racer Fords & Spec Miatas
  • There will be two 7-lap races each, plus practice and qualifying time
  • Limited to 40 drivers
• Australian- Pursuit Time Trial
  • Racecar group for closed-wheel cars of all ages and sizes
  • There will be two 7-lap races, plus qualifying time
  • Limited to 25 drivers
