Audi Club Spring Mountain HPDE April 5-7, 2019
Audi Ambassador and professional race car driver Ashley Freiberg will be at Spring Mountain on Friday April 5 and Sunday April 7 providing in-person video coaching to a few lucky Audi Club drivers. Video coaching is $99 per person. There are only six video coaching sessions available each day she is at the event. Sign up below.
PLUS, Three lucky drivers will win hot lap rides with Ashley on Sunday at lunch time in an Audi R8 LMS ! Get a rare chance to experience first hand and up close how a professional driver handles a car! These three rides will be auctioned at the Audi Club Banquet on Saturday night!
Ashley Freiberg is the first woman in history to win an overall race at Daytona, and in 2014 became the first woman to win an overall race in the Continental Tire SportsCar Challenge. In 2017 she became the first woman world-wide to stand on the overall podium in the Lamborghini Super Trofeo series. In 2018 at Daytona, Ashley and Audi Sport TT Cup driver Gosia Rdest formed the first all-female team in the Continental Tire SportsCar Challenge four-hour enduro, driving the No. 50 RHC-GMG Racing Audi R8 LMS GT4 in the GS class. Event requirements
Pro Driver Video Coaching
- Video Coaching is $99 per person. Please only purchase one session per driver.
- You should be registered to drive in the Audi Club SoCal HPDE on the same day you purchase coaching.
- You must be able to provide the professional coach with your own in-car video.
- You must be able to transfer the video to the Pro Coach's laptop computer. The easiest way is to have it on separate media (a data card or thumb drive).
- The club does not provide in-car video cameras.
- The coach does not provide in-car video cameras.
Sunday Hot Lap Rides
- The winner must wear a Snell SA-2010 or later helmet during the ride. Full face helmets are recommended. The club has a limited quantity of open face SA-2015 loaner helmets. To participate in the Hot Lap rides the auction winner(s) must be physically able to enter and exit the caged race car and be fit for a strenuous ride.
