Gift Certificates
Gift certificates can be purchased in demoninations of $25, $50, or $100
UPDATE! - - Asphalt Ventures will give an additional $15 credit for each $100 in gift certificates purchased.
Vendor Opportunities and Group Buys
If you have a business you want to promote to Asphalt Ventures members and event attendees, here's an easy way to do that and help the program out at the same time. Includes free vendor event entries!
Group Buys - If you think you can arrange a handful of your friends to commit to registering for an event, you can receive a reduced "flat rate" entry fee for each attendee.
Group buy costs are based on the number of people you plan to bring: 5-10 people = $250 each; 10-20 people = $200 each (regardless of actual event pricing). Can be used for any event, all options. You will be issued an event discount code which you will give to your participants to use when signing up for the event (it will be a 100% discount, so again, event pricing doesn't matter). Attendees must register for the event individually (or you can create accounts and register for them using the MotorsportReg sub-account functionality).
Group buys must be pre-paid through this registration. Cancellations, or un-used discount codes, will be considered for use at other events on a case-by-case basis.
The Sponsor packages give business owners the opportunity to help the program in various ways. Your company (or indivudual) name will be displayed prominently on all event advertisments, communications, and documents. Asphalt Ventures will send out social media posts mentioning your company and webiste and/or social media pages.
Event Component Sponsor - lets you choose individual parts of the Asphalt Ventures Experience to sponsor. (For example: "Skid pad exercises made possibly by...")
Event Title Sponsor - In addition to all of the above, your company name will be included in the event's title, graphics, and website information. If you select 'Pole Position Membership' from the event choices, your company name and/or logo will be included on all 2014 membership ID badges.
Sponsor packages are sold "per event", so choose how many events you want to sponsor from the quantity drop-down (you can choose which events).
Any purchase through this event will make you eligible for referral credits!
After you sign up, be sure to tell your friends about it... you can earn even more event credits when your name is chosen as a referring member when they purchase gift certificates, group buys, or sponsorship!
Event requirements
Since one of the main purposes of this event is to generate funds for track rental deposits, you may NOT use any Asphalt Ventures credits towards this event (if you try, they will be deleted). Payment will be required to complete your registration. (Feel free to check out the new Dwolla payment option!)
If you are purchasing gift certificates, simply choose the denomination(s) you want, then complete the information box to let me know how you would like it:
- Digital... so you can download and give at your convenience
- Paperless... I simply apply the certificate amount to the attendee's user profile for Asphalt Ventures (you will need to provide name and email address of recipient)
Group buy and sponsorship purchases require pre-payment. You will be emailed discount codes that you will give to the attendees of your choosing. They will register on their own, using the provided discount code to reduce their entry fee to $0.
