Welcome to the second annual SRF3 Pro event at Circuit of the Americas!

Dates:  November 14-16, 2019 - Circuit of the Americas, Austin, TX

This event will be held as a support race program during the "Hankook 24Hour by Creventic" Race Event and will see the SCCA Enterprises SRF3 Pro cars running two full races, three practice sessions and one qualifying during the dates November 14-16.

Entry Fee:  $1,200 per car (a portion of this fee will go to a prize fund) and the fee covers

Maximum number of cars:  50 (the over 50 entries will be put on a wait list)

No Additional charge for Crew, Family, and Friends

Total Prize Fund Combined for two races  =  $10,000.   If under 30 entries the contigency prizes reduced by 50%.

  • I’m a Racing God Award: Best overall combined both races.

Wednesday, November 13, 2019: The Upper Paddock will host the SRF3 Pro Cars

• 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm:         Upper Paddock Staging and Initial Move-in
• 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm:         Registration for SRF3 Pro Trailer - Upper Paddock

Thursday, November 14, 2019:

• 7:00 am: - 8:00am:        Late Load In Upper Paddock
• 7:00 am - 2:45 pm:       Registration for Drivers, Crew & Guest (SCCA Pro Trailer)
• 10:am:                          Drivers & Crew Meeting (SCCA Pro Trailer)
• 10:45 am - 11:15 am    Timed Practice - session 1 (30 Minutes)
•                                       All cars to Impound after P1
• 3:00 pm - 3:30 pm:       Timed Practice - session 2 (30 Minutes):  
•                                       All cars to Impound after P2         

Friday, November 15, 2019:

• 7:30 am - 12:00 noon:  Registration - Location: SRF3 Pro Trailer 
• 8:30 am - 9:00 am:       Timed Practice - session 3 (30 minutes)
• 11:30 am - 11:55 pm:    Qualifying for Race 1 (25 minutes)
•                                       Qualifying Grid Set by best time in P3 
• 4:00 pm - 4:35 pm:        Race 1 (35 minutes)
•                                       Grid Set by best Qulifying Time 
•                                       All cars to Impound after R1
• 4:50 pm:                        Awards Presentation at Impound

Saturday, November 16, 2019:

• 7:30 am - 8:30 am:        Registration - Location:  SRF3 Pro Trailer 
• 9:00 am - 9:35 am:        Race 2 (35 minutes)
•                                       Grid Set by the best time set in Q1 or R1
•                                       All cars to Impound after R2
• 9:50 am:                        Awards Presentation at Impound
• 10:am:                           Load Out

• Note that the on track schedule is time certain.  Schedule updates will be posted and a final PDF will be attached two weeks in advance of the event once the lead series confirms the overall schedule is final.  

Preliminary Notes:

SRF3 Pro Registration location:  Registration and all SRF3 Pro activities will be held in the Upper Paddock at the SRF Pro Trailer.

Tech: SCCA Enterprises will be doing compliance tech for this SRF3 Pro Event

Fuel:  NO SPEC GAS this event.  Fuel will be available at the gas pumps or you may purchase off-site.

Tires:  Sports Car Performance (Hoosier Tires) will be servicing this event and will be located in the SRF3 Pro Paddock.  Please contact Mike Sauce at 817-265-5299 place tire orders and for any other tire related inquiries.

Oil Dump:  Main Paddock Safety Kleen dumps

Pit Lane:  Main pit lane will be set up in FIA F1 style with no inner wall.  

Pre-Grid:  Anticipate that we will be in the upper paddock and will grid there and access track via station 11C
