Come join us for an exciting weekend at Willow Springs International Raceway for “POC Guard Transmission Tribute to Le Mans.” Cup Racing, Time Attack and our instructional PDS program at this legendary 2.5 mile road course! Spots are limited so register early. Don’t miss out!
Friday May 15th WSIR will run an open Testing day. Track is open from 8 AM to 5 PM for practice, and the gates stay open until 10 PM for trailer parking.
Early check-in Friday will be 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Coach’s Bar and Grill, located on Rosamond Blvd. Approximately 2 miles from the track. Check-in will also be available Saturday and Sunday morning in the Paddock Diner at 7 and 8 AM respectively.
Saturday May 16th: Gates open at 6AM. There is a mandatory drivers meeting 7:15 AM in the paddock diner. Track goes hot at 8AM with Time Attack 1&2.
Tribute pit set up and gridding will be available at 2:35 after the PDS drivers leave the pits for their session. The green flag for The Tribute To LeMans enduro drops at 4:00 PM.
Sunday May 17th: Gates open at 6AM. Registration starts at 7:30AM with a driver's meeting at 8:15 AM. Track goes hot at 8:45AM with Time Attack 1&2.
Time Attack and PDS will each have a combined 8 sessions. No prior experience is required for PDS. Non-Porsche cars are welcome. POC certified instructors will be available for Time Attack and PDS students. Time Attack and PDS student drivers must contact Dwain Dement, Chief Driving Instructor, at 949-633-9455 or 949-770-2888 before May 6th 2015 so that an instructor can be assigned to work with you at no additional cost.
Tribute Race Rules are available on the POC website. Please note: every Tribute team must provide a volunteer to assist at the event.
Vehicle tech inspection should be done before you get to the track to avoid check-in delays and last minute repairs. Tech inspection at the track will be provided starting at 7:00 AM. The cost is $20, payable to POC.
Tire service: Track Fast Motorsport will be providing tire services at the event. Track Fast sells Yokohama, Hoosier, Toyo, Nitto and Goodyear tires. Contact Bryan Shackelford at 602-252-3301 trackfastmotorsport@yahoo.com
Fuel: Leaded and unleaded race fuel will be available at the track both days. Purchases can only be made by using a credit card.
Directions: I-5 North to Highway 14 North – go N/E past Palmdale and Lancaster to Rosamond, Ca. Take the Rosamond Boulevard exit and go West (left) approximately 6 miles on Rosamond Boulevard to the main track entrance.
Coach’s is located on Rosamond Boulevard approximately 2 miles before the track on the north side of the street.
Camping: Motorhome camping will be permitted on Friday and Saturday nights. Be prepared to dry camp. Quiet time will be enforced from midnight to 6AM.

WSIR charges a $10.00 entrance fee at the gate. This one-time fee is good for the entire weekend.
