Preferred payment method is cash or check. Please help our club save on credit card fees. Motorsportreg will not charge your credit card until you have checked in with registration.
Test-n-Tune Information:
Test-n-Tune is for all drivers with a valid unrestricted competition license issued by ICSCC, SCCA, CACC, FIA, ASN or NASA, and for vehicles that are fully race-prepared. Other licenses may be approved by the ICSCC License Director. Novices must have pre-approval by the ICSCC License Director prior to registration. All drivers must be a minimum of 18 years old.
The number of run groups and the length of each session will depend on the number of entries.
Race Eligibility
All drivers 18 years old and over with valid unrestricted competition license issued by ICSCC, SCCA, CACC, FIA, ASN or NASA. Other licenses must be approved by the ICSCC License Director prior to registration. All race cars must meet current ICSCC published regulations.
HPDE Lapping
All drivers 18 years of age or older, with valid drivers license. Must attend AM drivers meeting or you will not be allowed on track. No Convertibles. Must have a Snell 2010 or newer helmet and wear long pants. Open toed shoes are not allowed. Car & gear must be teched prior to going out on track. Please read the HPDE Rules document for further information on requirements. IRDC HPDE rules.docx . Please note...you must have prior verifiable track experience to participate. The Registrar will be checking and reserves the right to deny entry should you fail to meet the burden of proof for such experience.
Technical Inspection
Entries with a 2017 Annual Tech sticker on you logbook can complete your race tech form by registration and receive your weekend tech sticker. Drivers without a 2017 Annual must have your car and gear inspected by an authorized tech official. Tech officials will be roaming Friday evening, or bring your car and gear to the scale station area for inspection.

- If you do not already have one, create an account on MotorsportReg.com after reading these steps.
- Once logged in, click "My Account" at the top right.
- Review your vehicle(s) making sure to enter your preferred car numbers and your transponder number.
- Enter your medical information for the Ambulance/Life Support crew.
- If you already have an account, please be sure your profile contains your club affiliation & competition license type.
- Now return to this page and enter the event and pay online.

Remember to come to Registration with your government or provincial license the morning of the event.
How the Online Payment works: Your credit card will NOT be charged until after our event has begun. A pre-authorization check is done electronically to confirm validity and capacity of your account by msr.com, much like a hotel might do. The pre-auth should fall off your account in 24-72 hours depending on your bank card's practices. DEBIT CARD USERS, you can use your card on msr.com, but, you should treat the pre-authorization as a debit, and account for this, until the "hold" is dropped by your bank.
