Annual Post-Holiday Dinner

Join us for our annual Post-Holiday Dinner and Social event at Uncle Buck's Brewery & Steakhouse in Grapevine, TX.

Meal selection will be made from a selected list of regular menu items and a portion of bill will be covered by the Chapter.
All Beverages: CASH BAR
We will be able to accommodate up to 60 registrations

APPETIZERS
(Served family-style and are meant to be shared by the entire table)
Crab Stuffed Mushrooms - Mushroom caps filled with crab stuffing.
Salt & Pepper Calamari - Lightly seasoned, flash fried, with sweet chili dipping sauce.
ENTREES
(Choice of solo entrée. Served with house salad and your choice of dressing)
Delmonico - A 12 oz. well-marbleized USDA Choice ribeye.
Filet Mignon - Most tender and by far the most popular of all our steaks. This 9 oz. filet is served with a baked potato.
Brown Sugar Glazed Salmon - Grilled salmon with a brown sugar glaze, served with mashed potatoes and chef ‘s choice of vegetables.
Grilled Chicken Sandwich - Grilled chicken breast, honey sriracha glaze, white cheddar cheese, bacon, spicy aioli, lettuce, tomato, served with fries.
Uncle Buck’s 1/2-Rack Ribs - St. Louis style pork ribs smoked until tender, brushed with hickory smoked barbeque sauce and served with fries.
