2018 Grand Prix of Portland IndyCar Race Weekend

What a season 2019 is shaping up to be! With IndyCar returning to Portland again this year it is shaping up to be an enthusiast's dream!
The Audi Club Northwest has secured a variety of seats and hospitality access to the IndyCar races at PIR over Labor Day Weekend and we're excited to make them available to you at 25% OFF Face Value! ?? We hope to make this an annual addition to the Social Event schedule for the Club.
TICKETS-
Tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis, with priority given to Audi Club Northwest members in good standing.
All sales are final. No refunds will be granted. Credit cards will be charged as soon as the Registrar has confirmed your order.
You can purchase a maximum of 6 tickets per membership #/Family (??)
All seats include paddock passes - both reserved and GA. We do not have any tickets that do not include a paddock pass
- Reserved seats in Grandstand C-4: Section D, Rows 12, 13, 14 & 15. These are in the top west corner of the grandstand. This grandstand is at the exit of the Festival Curves. The view includes the main straight, pits, flag stand, Festival Curves, and Turns 4,5,6 and 7 $125 (Face value = $160)
- General Admission tickets: ACNA Members: $62.50 (Face value = $125)
- Audi Club Hospitality area in the main straight RV area, just 200 yards from the C-4 Grandstand. This is a shared space that the Club has purchased and will be available to Club Members.
- Parking: 3-day Broadacre passes $25 (Face value = $50)
LODGING-
The Club has also secured some rooms on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights at the Red Lion Jantzen Beach. These will be filled on a first come, first served basis and can be secured via this link: https://book.passkey.com/go/audiindy.
Additionally, you can secure a room at the Red Lion by calling them directly at (503)283-4466 and asking for the Audi Club Northwest IndyCar rate.
The room block will be released on Friday, July 27th.
Tickets are expected to be distributed but the race organizers in August and will then be distributed to you shortly there after. We will use the address on file here on MSR unless you make other arrangements with the event master (contact info below).

Event requirements
Making a donation to Children's Hospital and Regional Medical Center is a wonderful way to support this important institution in our community. Select the additional donation packages on the order form that follows; $5, $10, or $20. You can select multiples of each, and mix and match, to create the donation amount you want. For example, $20 can be a selection of "2" $10 packages.
Children's Hospital is grateful for your gift, regardless of the size of your contribution or the motivation behind it. They understand that people have many reasons for contributing. You may have experienced Children's firsthand, or you may simply be interested in the well-being of all children. The members of Audi Club Northwest have been a part of meeting these needs for many years. All proceeds benefit uncompensated care at Children's Hospital and Regional Medical Center in Seattle.
