Get ready for a scenic drive on the Eastern shore as part of this incredible weekend Drive & Dine!
 

 

 


Where to: Ocean City, MD
Dates: Friday June 2 - Sunday June 4
Costs: $90/person which covers Saturday night dinner (card will not be charged when you register, but will be charged after May 5)

Our PCA Room Block is filled but please check if there are additional accommodations at the Lighthouse Inn,  or if you already have a place to stay there,  please join us for the drive and dinner!

This is the second time for us returning to the Eastern Shore. Starting out east of the Bay Bridge we'll begin a Porsche-driving adventure for wonderful crab and seafood haven of St. Michael’s for lunch. Then a back-road drive) to Fager’s Island in Ocean City, where we will stay for two nights at the Lighthouse Inn. Friday night we can enjoy a casual meal and outing together at one of the haunts near the famous OC boardwalk.

On Saturday we will break off into groups to enjoy a day of sun by the beach, and/or exploring at Assateague Island! Enjoy wild and very small horses! (You can even “adopt” one.)   Spend some time at the beach! Hike the trails! Saturday night at we will all meet for drinks and watch the sunset at the world famous Fager’s Island Restaurant and Bar.  We will follow up with a group dinner there at 8:30 pm.

On Sunday morning we meet for breakfast and then head back home on our own across the Eastern Shore.  You can stop by the outlet stores in West Ocean City or Queenstown, or enjoy other sights and sounds. Beware the traffic on the Bay Bridge, so please drive carefully!

The registration fee including dinner is $90/person. Note we will not charge your credit card until after May 5th, which will allow you to make your hotel arrangements first. Everything else is a la carte.  Note – you must book your room under our block until we satisfy our room commitment. Thank you.

Event requirements

APPLICATIONS/ACCEPTANCE

  • Our events are open to all marques.
  • You do not need to be a PCA member to participate.
  • This event has limited capacity to accommodate the venue's facilities, and for the safety of all participants. (late registrations are risky due to capacity). Watch the website for revisions.
  • Room limited to two person occupancy.
  • We will notify you of your status by email. You are responsible for updating your profile in the MotorsportReg.com website to include your current contact information.
  • We initially list all registrants as “confirmed”, or "wait listed" if the event is filled to capacity. When needed, we will change your status as soon as possible. We will provide formal notification of acceptance into an event by email prior to an event. If you haven’t received any notification, check the MSR website for your status.
  • Due to limited capacity of the event venue, walkups are discouraged from attempting to join the event. Special consideration may be given to those who preregister but are wait listed at a future event.
  • All attendees will be responsible for their own room, tax, and incidental charges to Hotels at Fager’s Island, (The Lighthouse Club and The Edge).
  • All reservations that fail to arrive on the scheduled arrival date will be considered No-Shows and may incur charges per the terms and conditions of Hotels at Fager’s Island, (The Lighthouse Club and The Edge).
  • IF YOU CAN'T PARTICIPATE, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CANCEL.

CANCELLATION

  • You must cancel please be courteous and cancel as soon as you can in order to allow others from the wait list to attend.
  • If you cannot cancel online, you must notify the Registrar by email and receive an ACKNOWLEDGMENT by email to verify that you have canceled.
  • Hotel room cancelations must be made thru Hotels at Fager’s Island, (The Lighthouse Club and The Edge).

PAYMENT

  • Hotel room charges, tax, and incidentals will be made directly by the Attendee to Hotels at Fager’s Island, (The Lighthouse Club and The Edge).
  • Potomac accepts only credit cards for payment. You are responsible for maintaining VALID CREDIT CARD INFORMATION in your profile.
  • Billing problems result in notification by email with limited time to resolve the issue due to the short billing period. If the issue is not resolved, we may cancel you from the event.
  • Credit card and billing information uses secure connections and is protected by MotorSportReg.com. You are the only person who has access to your card number. We only see the last four digits for billing purposes.
  • We will charge your card after May 5th unless you cancel beforehand.

REFUND

  • Refunds issued by Hotels at Fager’s Island, (The Lighthouse Club and The Edge) is based on their terms and conditions. Please contact Hotels at Fager’s Island, (The Lighthouse Club and The Edge) for details.
  • Contact the D&D Chair to discuss special circumstances. THE D&D CHAIR IS THE ONLY PERSON WHO CAN AUTHORIZE A REFUND OR CREDIT FOR AN EVENT.
  • If you are authorized a credit for an event, you must use it before the end of the calendar year. We will not carry credits over into the following year. Credits may only be used for other PCA Potomac events. They can't be used for other clubs who also use motorsportreg.com.
  • If you cancel your event registration before May 5, there will be no charge to your card.
