CKRC -- Refundable Volunteer Fees (only for NON first year CKRC members)
The Refundable Volunteer Fee (RVF)* can be worked off at CKRC approved work parties, Try-A-Kart(10hrs), Test & Tune Supervising (6hrs), Trade shows or other approved projects at the rate of $20/hr.
- Hours can be completed by you, a spouse, offspring, friends or relatives.
- Hours can be submitted to the club manager, Bryan Marshall via manager@ckrc.com
- A record of the hours worked and submitted to the club manager can be accessed in your Profile Logbook on this site.
- Once the required hours have been completed the RVF will be cancelled on MotorSportReg.com
Single Member Refundable Volunteer Fee -- $600
(Mandatory - registration must be completed before any club privileges are granted)
Family Members(2 or more) Refundable Volunteer Fee -- $800
(Mandatory - registration must be completed before any club privileges are granted)
The RVF fee is only a Credit Card Pre-Authorization and will only be charged if hours are not completed by October 15th, 2023
* The CKRC Executive reserves the right to adjust the RVF Fee or labor rate as is necessary.
Event requirements
The Refundable Volunteer Fee is only required of members who are in their second year or longer of membership. First year CKRC members are not required to pay into the RVF on their first year of membership but must still register for the Refundable Volunteer Fee. First year members are still encouraged to volunteer.
