When: Sunday, May 19th. Meet-up at 8:15 from the Lorton, VA area. Rally point to be provided to confirmed registrants.
Where: The Black Sheep
What: After a scenic drive of twists and turns through Fairfax and Prince William Counties, enjoy brunch at The Black Sheep Restaurant: whiskey+wine+noshery in Manassas, VA. This two-story historic dairy barn built in 1929 has been converted into a restaurant with private dining rooms, entertainment spaces, and outdoor patio areas. Following an upscale brunch, participants are welcomed to stay and enjoy the sprawling 2-Silo’s Complex that includes live music entertainment on the outdoor Farm Brew Live Stage or socializing with fellow enthusiasts while sampling a wide selection of craft beers and wine.
Cost and Arrangements: $58.50 per person to cover the cost of your brunch, tax, gratuity, service fees, and our reserved room and covered patio at The Black Sheep. The brunch buffet includes - Smoked Salmon Crostini, Biscuits & Gravy, Chicken & Waffles, Shrimp & Grits, Bacon, Pastries, Caesar Salad, Fruit Salad, Coffee, Hot Tea, Iced Tea, Orange Juice, and Soft Drinks. Alcohol beverages are available for an additional fee.
Event requirements
TIME OF PAYMENT
When you register you will not initially be charged the $58.50 per person fee. We will charge your credit card two weeks prior to the event. After your credit card has been charged, no refunds will be given unless we are able to confirm another guest from the waitlist is able to take your place.
APPLICATIONS/ACCEPTANCE
- Registrants will be limited to two persons per party so we can maximize the number of participants.
- Registrants will initially be listed as “New” or "Waitlisted" if the event is filled.
- Formal notification of acceptance into the event will be sent via email. You are responsible for updating your profile in motorsportreg.com (MSR) website to include your current contact information.
- If you haven’t received any notification, check the MSR website for your status.
- PCA Potomac Drive & Dine rules will be followed for the safety of all participants. (Discussed at the drivers’ briefing).
- An electronic version of the Drive & Dine rules, maps,and directions will be emailed to the email on-file with MSReg, You will be responsible for printing as needed.
PAYMENT
- PCA Potomac accepts only credit cards for payment. You are responsible for maintaining VALID CREDIT CARD INFORMATION in your MSR profile.
- Payment will be requested from your designated credit card 2 weeks prior to the event.
- Billing problems result in notification by email with limited time to resolve due to the short billing cycles. If the issue is not resolved, you may be canceled from the event.
- Credit card and billing information uses secure connections and is protected by MotorSportReg.com. You are the only person who has access to your card number. We only see the last four digits for billing purposes.
EVENT Cancellation
- Cancellation must be made no later than two weeks prior to the event, to get a full refund. If you cancel within two weeks of the event, you will be issued a refund ONLY if we can fill your spot from someone on the waitlist.
- If you must cancel, please cancel as soon as possible to allow others from the waitlist to attend.
- If you cannot cancel online, you must notify the Dine and Drive POC by email and receive an ACKNOWLEDGEMENT by email to verify that have you been canceled.
