BLACK ROCK Charity Event 2022
Thursday May 12th, to Sunday May 15th, 2022 at Black Rock Oceanfront Resort, Ucluelet, BC
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Due to Provincial Covid regulations, this year's event will limited to 120 registered PCA members.
In order to follow the Covid regulations and anticipate possible changes by May 2022, this event does have the possibility of being canceled due to group gathering size. Some of the listed events may be changed to follow May 2022 Covid guidelines. We are working on, contingency plans if needed. If this event is cancelled, full registration fees will be refunded.
You will be kept updated to any alterations. We will follow our tradition of this being a Charity event for Cops for Cancer and UVFB.

7:30 pm – 9:30 pm Welcome Social & Appetizers – Resort Ballroom
Friday, May 13
6:30 am pick up Pre-Ordered Box Breakfast via Hotel $15
8:00 am – 12:00 pm Autocross at Tofino Airport 1/2 day session
12:30 pm – 4:30 pm Autocross at Tofino Airport 1/2 day session
9:30 am - 11:30 am Organized Drive to Tofino
10:00 am – 2:00 pm Porsche Overland Event
1:30 pm – 3:00 pm Guided Nature Walk (by donation to Wild Pacific Trail) meet in lobby
3:00 pm – 5:00 pm Registration – Lobby
4:30 pm – 5:30 pm HPDE Class – Ballroom
7:00 pm Salmon/Beef Burgers BBQ/Bonfire by Volunteer Fire Brigade (by donation to UVFB)
Saturday, May 14
7:00 am – 9:30 am Pancake Breakfast in Parking Lot (by donation to UVFB)
8:00 am – 12:00 pm HPDE at Tofino Airport 1/2 day session
12:30 pm – 4:30 pm HPDE at Tofino Airport 1/2 day session
9:30 am - 11:30 am Organized Drive to Tofino
12:00 am – 3:00 pm Show & Shine at Village Green
12:00 am – 4:00 pm Walking Ukee (Aquarium) meet in lobby
6:00 pm Banquet bar open – Lobby
6:30 pm Banquet ballroom door open – Ballroom
7:00 pm Banquet dinner – Ballroom
8:00 pm Banquet social time, prizes, Cops for Cancer Auction – Ballroom
Sunday, May 15
8:30 am RCMP/UVFB/Porsche Parade – Ucluelet
8:00 - 9:00 Walk along the Beach non organized
9:00 am – 12:00 pm Breakfast Buffet, UVFB Auction – Ballroom
12:00 pm – Participants depart

Event requirements
Registration opens on Saturday February 26th 9am PST
All Registrations will be held and processed on a first come, first served basis.
Registration Fee: $195 per person (does NOT include accommodation)
Autocross: $45 per person/per session
High Performance Drivers' Education: $45 per person/per session
