Beat the Heat After Work Picnic and Family Movie

What to do on a hot Friday afternoon; why have a picnic in the cool mountains! Bring your picnic dinner to Bear Valley Springs and beat the heat! The picnic is followed by a family movie starting at 8:15 PM. The movie (Spirited Away) will be shown on an open screen in the same park and adjacent to our picnic area. Bring chairs, or a blanket and sit on the cool grass. We will have two picnic tables and two Barbeque pits. Charcoal will be burning when you arrive. Tables and chairs are a plus and don't forget that it will be cool in the evening.
A caravan from Lancaster will depart the Greenhouse Cafe at 5:00 PM. Please be respectful of the speed limits as the Bear Valley Police are very diligent and highly skilled with radar.
