Harris Ranch (Steakhouse) Drive and Social Event

About this event

Join us for an amazing “Harris Ranch (Steakhouse) Drive and Social Event”, scheduled for Saturday January 28th. This event will depart from Hollister, and go through some twisties and some highways, heading to Harris Ranch, where we will all gather in a special seating area reserved only for this event participants at Harris Ranch Restaurant 🥩🍷👯‍♀️🤗

Please note that all drivers and passengers are required to be free of Covid-19 symptoms to attend the event, and both must sign waivers online at Speedwaiver.

The full event details are listed below:

  • Event Date: Saturday, Jan 28th
  • Event Start Time and Location: 8 AM in Hollister, CA
  • This event is limited to 50 Porsches, divided into 5 running groups!
  • This Drive will take place Rain or Shine (it will only be canceled if we assess the road as hazardous)
  • This Drive is approximately 2 to 3 hours (the final route will be selected based on the roads condition the day of the drive). Please note if the drive is longer than 2 hours, we will definitely include a pit stop with a restroom
  • Once you register for this event, and your registration is accepted, you will receive an email about the WAIVER, and the PCA GGR Motoring Driving Safety Rules and Regulations. Please make sure that you, and all you passengers sign the WAIVER, and make sure that you read and PRINT your name on the READ fully and print your name and email on the PCA GGR Motoring Driving Safety Rules and Regulations otherwise your registration cannot be confirmed
  • A Service Car will be available on this drive
  • Lunch/gathering: We will be gathering altogether at Harris Ranch for a pay-as-you go lunch! Vegetarian options available at Harris Ranch Steakhouse
  • The event registration fee is $30 per car (*)
  • During the drive, the Lead and the Sweep Drivers will communicate by FRS Two-Way Radios. We recommend you to bring your own radio and listen in, as road hazards and warnings will be broadcasted. Please note that, in case you bring a radio, this should not alter the ability to have both your hands on the steering wheel at all times while driving
  • Please note that the credit card on file will be charged once the registration closes. Once it is charged, no refunds can be applied (as we will be submitting the reservations).

FUN RUN EVENT REQUIREMENTS:

  1. This event is open only to members of the Golden Gate Region of the Porsche Club of America, driving their Porsches
  2. You must have an active, paid membership at time of registration and at time of the event
  3. By clicking “Continue” below, you acknowledge having read, and that you agree to, the following policies:

    CANCELLATION AND WAITLIST POLICY:  Cancellations without penalty will be allowed until the registration closes. All charges are final and non-refundable past this deadline.

    WAITLISTED REGISTRATIONS:  Waitlisted drivers will be cleared few days after close of registration.  Please check your email to learn if you are cleared.

    CREDIT CARDS:  You MUST have a valid credit card on file with motorsportreg.com  in order for us to confirm your registration.
