2021 IRPCA - Summer Social

Intermountain Region PCA and Porsche Salt Lake invite you to the 2021 Summer Social.

Date: Sunday - July 11, 2021

Time:  5:00 - 9:00 p.m. Dinner served at 6:00 p.m.
Location:  Canyon Rim Park, East Pavilion.

Cost: $5 per person 

Dinner Buffet: R&R Barbeque will be catering our "picnic social".  The buffet will include BBQ ribs, chicken and brisket, sides, salad, muffins, desserts and soft drinks.

Alcohol Note:.  Although alcohol is allowed at this park, IRPCA will not be supplying it in order to make this a more affordable event.  Please feel free to BYOB.

Unfortunately, R&R does not provide a vegetarian entree option but there will be salads and sides that will be meat free.

Attire for the evening: casual or extremely casual 

Name Tag offer: We are currently extending an offer for FREE personalized IRPCA name tags for primary members. Check out the offer as you register. We will do our best to have your name tag by the time of the summer social.

Covid 19 protocol will be followed based on the what is current at the time of the social.  Please respect others by following that protocol.  Make sure to have masks available if that is required.  R&R service will follow the appropriate protocols for service.

Note:  PCA requires all participants of events to sign waivers regarding Liability and Covid 19.  IRPCA is using Esign as a signature method.  Please click on the appropriate box in the Summer Social registration, read the waivers and sign if you feel comfortable to do so. Please contact Cary Jones if you do not have texting capabilities on your phone for signature of the forms.

There are plenty of picnic tables but you are always welcome to bring a chair or two for relaxing.

Since this is the first social for a very long time we sure would like to see all of you.
