Ray’s on the River new Pavilion dining room has a panromantic view of the Chattahoochee River as it winds past the restaurant’s lush landscaping. The pavilion with its 180-guest capacity has become a sought-after venue for holiday functions due to the reputation of the restaurant and the ability to accommodate larger groups like Peachtree. Peachtree Section is returning after a successful holiday luncheon at Ray’s in December 2018.
We will have a private cash bar that opens at 11:00 a.m.. for those more than punctual early arriving attendees that need lubrication. The pavilion has a private entrance, or you may elect to enter the pavilion form the main entrance to Ray’s on the River. Lunch will be served at noon with attendees pre-selecting when they register their faire from entree menu selections of:
-Grilled Wild Atlantic Salmon with Dill Butter
-Seared Sliced Flank Steak with Red Wine Demi Glaze
Entrees feature family style servings of seasonal vegetables, local Brussels Sprouts, with a starter of Romain Heart Caesar Salad and dessert of New York style Cheesecake.
Beverages of coffee, tea or soft drink are included for some faire of $43.00 attendee.
Peachtree member, Cancer Survivor, Professional Speaker, Trainer, Emcee, Author and Entertainer Extraordinaire, Richard Fabozzi has likewise agreed to a return engagement and will perform one of his four musical programs after desert and awards. Last year’s “Tribute to the Rat Pack for Recycled Teenagers (Seniors)” was a hit with attendees. Expect a different set of performers that Richard will imitate this year, including Elvis. The program is billed as interactive, so expect to be singing along and possibly up participating with Richard. Your participation is optional. Richard’s resume includes endorsements from over thirty corporate clients, and has presented over 3,500 speaking, wellness, and singing programs. You will not be disappointed! Please bring an unwrapped toy that the section can contribute to the Marine Corp Tops for Tots Christmas drive.

I-285 HEADED EAST: Exit #22 Powers Ferry Road & Northside Drive. Go right at the end of the exit ramp to the second traffic light. Turn right on Powers Ferry Road and travel ½ mile. Ray’s is on the left just before you cross the river.
I-285 HEADED WEST: Exit #22 Powers Ferry Road and Northside Drive. Go straight at the end of the ramp to the second traffic light and take a left. Cross back over I-285 to the second light, which is Powers Ferry Road. Turn right on Powers Ferry Road and travel ½ mile. Ray’s is on the left just before you cross the river.
I-75 HEADED NORTH: Take I-75 South to exit #258, Cumberland Boulevard Parkway. At the exit turn right and proceed to the third traffic light turning right onto Akers Mill East. This becomes Powers Ferry Road. Rays is 2.4 miles on the right, just after you cross the river.
I-75 HEADED SOUTH: Take exit #258, Cumberland Boulevard parkway. At the exit turn left and proceed to the fourth traffic light. Turn right onto Akers Mill East. This becomes Powers Ferry Road. Ray’s is on the right just after you cross the river.
FROM I-85: Take I-285 West to exit #22 Powers Ferry Road & Northside Drive. Go straight at the end of the ramp to the second light and take a left. Cross back over I-285 and proceed to the second traffic light, which is Powers Ferry Road. Turn right and proceed ½ mile to Ray’s which is on the left before you cross the river.
