Ray’s on the River new Pavilion dining room has a panoramic view of the Chattahoochee River as it winds past the restaurant’s lush landscaping. The new pavilion which seats 180-guests has become a sought-after venue for holiday functions.
A private cash bar opens at 11:00 AM. for those attendees arriving early who may need lubrication.
Lunch will be served at noon with guests selecting their faire from the following entree selections:
- Grilled Wild Atlantic Salmon Oscar (served with or without jumbo lump crab meat with bearnaise sauce)
- Seared Sliced Flank Steak with mushroom ragu
All entrees feature family style servings of seasonal vegetables with a starter of mixed Artisan Greens. Dinner concludes with New York style Cheesecake for dessert. Coffee, tea or soft drink are included in the $42.00 charge per person.
Our special after lunch entertainment will be Peachtree member, Cancer Survivor, Professional Speaker, Trainer, Emcee, Author and Entertainer Extraordinaire, Richard Fabozzi; who has agreed to perform one of his four musical programs after desert and awards.
In his “Tribute to the Rat Pack for Recycled Teenagers (Seniors) Richard deftly impersonates Dean Martin, performs songs by Sammy Davis Jr, Frank Sinatra, and Jimmy Durante. The program is billed as interactive, so expect to be singing along and possibly standing up imitating a New York Chorus line. Participation is optional. Richard has presented over 3,500 speaking, wellness, and singing programs focusing on making his audience members the “Stars” and guarantees a fun filled, joy-filled, and Memorable Experience. As in the past, please bring an unwrapped toy that the section can contribute to the Marine Corps Toys for Tots Christmas drive.
