About this event
The Porsche Touring Crew will travel “back in time” on Tuesday, April 24, for a luncheon at the historic Hotel Saxonburg in Saxonburg, PA.
The Hotel Saxonburg has been continuously operated as a hotel, restaurant and bar since its opening in 1832, and is now a popular dining location. The restaurant’s Executive Chef Alan Green offers a wide variety of casual cuisine offerings. Everything is made from scratch, including their outstanding lobster bisque, Reuben and fish sandwiches, crab cakes and burgers. All are made with fresh ingredients from local suppliers. Attendees will order from the complete menu and will enjoy dedicated parking.
Plan on arriving at the Hotel at 11:30 am. Then, after lunch PTC attendees will be invited to tour a small borough museum, a short walk from the restaurant, that displays a number of artifacts, including a 1937 Plymouth Coupe and a 1926 Studebaker Erskine.
The Touring Crew is an informal group that hosts luncheon events, and is always looking to add ARPCA members and their guests.
The event is no cost; however, attendees must pay for their own lunch.
Registration closes on April 21.
