Event requirements
Despite the recent wildfires and obvious impact to our entire community, we are choosing to continue our plans to meet for lunch as a club at the Union Hotel in Occidental on Saturday, October 21st. Instead of focusing on club business as originally planned, we will use the time as an opportunity to organize, identify and tend to members' needs, and figure out a best path forward for our club to help the community.
The club will cover cost of lunch for all members that choose to attend, and any money collected through event registration will be donated to help those most deeply impacted by this horrible ordeal.
We do need an accurate count for lunch, so either continue on with registration here, or contact Kurt Fischer or Chip Witt to RSVP. Thank you.
