Sign-in starts at 9:00 AM. Tech 9:00 to 10:00 AM. Driver's meeting at 10:30 AM. First run group starts right after the driver's meeting.
MEMBER EVENT PRICE: $45
NON-MEMBER EVENT PACKAGE PRICE: $65
The non-member event package price includes a 1-year membership ($48) and a single autocross ($45) for only $65 -- a discount of $28!
Event requirements
Peachtree Chapter BMW CCA autocross events are open to members at the MEMBER EVENT PRICE of $45.
Peachtree Chapter BMW CCA autocross events are open to non-members at the NON-MEMBER EVENT PACKAGE PRICE of $65, which includes a 1-year membership (normally $48) and a single autocross (normally $45) for only $65 -- a discount of $28! Once you become a BMW CCA member via this package, you will be able to register for future autocrosses during your membership at the member event price of $45. IMPORTANT: This non-member package price is for new members, not yearly renewals -- if your membership has expired within the last two years, you must renew via National. Again, this non-member package is not for yearly renewals.
Vehicle Class:
SVOCA Reunion 2017 participants: select "SVO" as your vehicle's class during registration and skip the rest of this "Vehicle Class" section, including the classification worksheet.
You will need to determine your vehicle's class and your participant number BEFORE registering. The classification worksheet is linked below. All links point to MotorsportReg servers.
You must determine your vehicle's classification according to the formula in the classification worksheet link below and set it DURING event registration. If you have gone through the classification worksheet and need clarification on how to determine your vehicle's classification, please contact the registrar before event registration closes. You must classify your vehicle correctly to receive any points towards series standings.

Participant Number:
You must choose your participant number according to the links below and set it DURING registration for the event. We utilize MotorsportReg's "Number Pool" feature, which is described in the "AX Number Assignments and Marking" document below.

Sign-in starts at 9:00 AM. Tech 9:00 to 10:00 AM. Driver's meeting at 10:30 AM. First run group starts right after the driver's meeting. As per the policies stated in the documents above, late arrivals will neither be allowed to participate, nor will they receive a refund or any credit for the event.
Once sign-in is open, find the registrar, sign the waivers, and receive a wristband. This is required for all people on site, including spectators. If a participant or spectator is a minor, a minor waiver must be completed: minorwaiver2016.pdf (this must be printed in color, preferably double-sided).
Any vehicle parking in the EV Participant Parking area must pay $5 (cash on site) for charging, whether the vehicle is an EV or actually charges from site electricity or not. If you do not wish to incur this charge, do not park in this area.
Helmets will be available to rent for $10. HELMETS MUST BE SNELL 2010 OR 2015 RATED. Harrison Motorsports has a deal on helmets -- contact them at 678- 879-1200 to order and make sure you ask for the BMW CCA AX special.
