Shenandoah Region PCA members and guests are invited to attend our
annual holiday party at the historic Michie Tavern.

Tours of the Tavern Museum: 5:30 – 6:30 PM
Dinner, Awards & Door prizes – 6:30-8:30 PM
Goodie Store Managers Phillip and Sue Noel will have Shenandoah merchandise available for sale throughout the evening.
Costs:
Shenandoah Member and guests:
$ 15 per person
Children (ages 17 and under): Free
Price includes entrees of Colonial Fried Chicken and Southern Style
Hand-pulled Pork BBQ accompanied by an assortment of old-fashioned
side dishes, hot fruit cobbler, and non-alcoholic beverages.

- Be sure to note the names of all attendees, if the attendee is an adult or child, and any special dietary requests.
- Checks must be received no later than Wednesday, December 2.
Cancellation Policy
- Through 12/02/14: Full refund minus 5.5% service fee
- After 12/02/14: No refunds
If you have registered and find that you will not be able to attend this event, try to find someone to take your place or contact Clint Shuler at clintsrpca@gmail.com or (540) 271-5032 to see if he knows of someone who can take your place.
Our party will be held rain, snow, or shine.
In case of cancellation due to hazardous driving conditions, details will be posted on the Shenandoah web site, and registrants will be notified via email.
